we are offering water based dry lamination glue. water based dry lamination adhesive for paper / polymer film acrylic water based adhesive, solvent based lamination adhesive product category: adhesive and binding agent/compound binding agent product attributes: water-based styrene-acrylic binding agent. non-toxic, pollution-free, free from any volatile or inflammable, good security; excellent performance in covering toner toners, high-brightness, yellowing-resistant, applicable to printing of golden and silver powder, high stripping tension, reaching the maximum value 24 hours later after laminating, good post-processing performance, no bubble or degumming after crushing and embossing in 60°c/48hr, good adaptability to coating machines, substitute of oil-based binding adhesive, amount of usage for cloth: 10-14g per square meter of cloth (wet glue), coating and adhesion temperature 65-85°c. main functions: using for dry (heat adhesion) compound of paper and plastic technical specifications: solids content (m/m%): 44.0-46.0 ph value: 6.5-7.5 tg(°c): -5 viscosity(mpa.s): 100-500 instructions: 1, this product is dry laminating agent which requires no addictive water or solvent in the process of use. 2, users who use this product firstly should ensure that the part contacting the cohesion agent on laminating machines should be clean without any residual of glue, particularly those machines using oil-based cohesive, which should be cleaned absolutely, specifically including adhesive container, glue spreader, regulatory roller, and scratcher etc.. these components can be washed by thinner (banana) twice till they are unsticky. finally use dry cotton yarn dipped in water or alcohol to clean all these parts. 3, when using this product, plastic film materials should undergo corona treatment and the surface tensile force shall be no less than 36 dyne/cm. the printing ink should be totally dried in order to ensure good laminating quality and post-processing performance. 4, agitate the cohesive for several minutes slowly before inject it to the laminating machine 5, after injection of cohesive, rotate the glue spreader when it dips into the cohesion in case of dry and solidification of cohesive at the boundary. 6, the laminating speed of laminating machines is related to the length of drying tunnel, temperature and blast volume. always subject to the standard of being totally dry when pressing the film or the cohesive shall be absolutely transparent at least after going through the drying tunnel. generally for bridge-style machine, the speed will be 8-16m per minute, and 30-45m per minute for vertical automaton. 7, the recommended use of amount of this product is 10-14g/ sq meter (wet glue), however, this amount may be regulated according to the actual situation of the printing ink, paper and powder spurring. 8, this product requires heating and pressing of the roller calendar so as to fuse the adhesive film and filtrate into the paper for laminating. therefore, with the premise of no damage to the laminating material, the larger temperature and pressure of the roller calendar, the better laminating effect will be. generally speaking, the temperature should be no less than 80°c and pressure above 18mpa. 9, any materials after laminated by this product should chill down before post processing. the duration for such chill-down shall be 4 hours at least depending on the actual situation. 10, in the process of production, if there is any short and temporary cease, the glue spreader of the laminating machine should keep rotating all the time in case that the cohesive dries and becomes hard for cleaning. if there is a long cease, the residual cohesive should be covered in a container for air-proof preservation. while the part of glue spreader should be washed immediately. 11, this product is water-based latex. any residual cohesive should be preserved in an air-proof condition to avoid any volatilization or solidification. the temperature for preservation will be 5-35°c, avoid freezing, high temperature and solarization. prohibit from using if any breaking of emulsion occurred.
