We are a professional manufacturer of steel shot for shot blasting. The steel shot that we offer are widely used for blasting operations for surface cleaning of steel castings, iron castings, forgings. Mainly used for removing rust, dust, scales etc and shot-penning operation in order to remove surface stresses. Our steel shots conform to standard sae j444. We offer these steel shots in various sizes ranging from s-70 to s-780 (0. 3mm – 2. 0 mm). Typical hardness: 40-50 hrc both single-quenched steel shot and double-quenched steel shot available!

Cast steel grit three types of grits as below: 1) gp grits with normal hardness ranging from 42-50 hrc. The edges diminish with time. 2) gl grits with hardness ranging from 50-60 hrc. The edges diminish with time and become round after few operations. 3) gh grits with hardness ranging from 60-66 hrc. Used for marble & granite cuttings and finishing.
