COTPOL EP256 is a ready-for-use flammable zircon coating having excellent suspension and covering properties. COTPOL EP256 is suitable for Use ongreen sand, CO2 set and resin bonded sand mouldscores, and for casting almost all metals including critical jobs in heavy cast iron and steel foundries COTPOL EP256 is also effective on all grades of iron, copper and nickel based composition and light alloys in green sand, sodium silicate and resin bonded moulds. When casting high temperature alloys such as steel, cast iron etc., it is necessary to coat the sand surface, which come into contact with molten metal to prevent sand wash, sand erosion, metalmould reaction and burn-on. COTPOL EP256 is designed to withstand high temperature of molten metal while acting as a barrier between molten metal and a core or mould surface thereby helping in preventing sand burn on, metal penetration, wash erosion, metalmould reaction, and other common defects when casting high temperature alloys such as steel, cast iron and non ferrous alloys. COTPOL EP256 is a carefully formulated coating to ensure a highly refractory, non-wettable and non-reactive coating layer with optimum application properties to give excellent casting finish.

WOODPOL wood finish is a Single Pack, air-drying Polyurethane system for wood & wood substrate. This clear coating system brings out the grain Pattern & surface texture of wood so well to make it look splendidly natural & show out real charm. Not only it preserves & enhance the natural beauty of wood grain, but also protects from heat, water, tea & coffee stains & insect attack. Select finish available in Clear Matt, Glossy or in transparent shades like Oak Yellow, Rose wood, Walnut & Red Brown. Apply one or two coats of WOODPOL TRANS WOOD PU wood finish and allow to dry for minimum of 6 - 8 hours. Light sand with emery paper #320 between application of successive coats.
