Our offered Product range includes Manual Grade Stretch Flim, Pet Roll, Machine Grade Stretch Flim, Fully Automatic Horizontal Machine and Fully Automatic Rotating Arm.
We have four models of chamber machines designed for customers with different production needs to reach an optimum ratio price/performances and reliability in time. Different production requirements are satisfied by the four distinct chamber machines models. Standard shrinking magnet assembled on machine, washable stainless steel lower chamber to grant better hygiene in foodstuff packing, six working programs available directly by the electronic control panel that drive all machine functions (and automatically adjust sealing time, avoiding fumes caused by sealing blade overheating), sealing by adjustable impulse blade, security thermostat with warning signal to find out troubleshooting, sliding trolley and adjustable working surface, film micro puncher, motorized winder, are the features of FM range. Two working possibilities (sealing only or sealing + shrinking).
The Orbit Range is where two technologies meet. The flexibility needed by high speed and high performance line machines becomes available on Entry Level horizontal machines to be added to work cells or integrated lines. All Orbit machines are equipped with anti-accident protection applying the most recent, restrictive European safety standards for line machines. Machines were designed to house highly different power and product sealing devices during processing. The standard pre-stretch carriage model PGSM, with the adoption of optional kits, allows fixed ratio up to 300%, while the optional double motor pre-stretch carriage model PGSA allows adjustable force to load and prestretch up to 350% from control panel.
