TBN provides protect a weak casing string from shut-in or excessive production pressure, or to isolate a leaking liner top. Atypical tieback liner system ofCompletion Oil Toolsincludes a Tieback Seal Nipple (CT-TBN), Orifice Float Collar (CT-OFC) and an existing Liner Polished Bore Receptacle (CT-PBR). The CT-TBN consists of a locator, seal mandrel, seals or seal units and a half mule shoe bottom. This assembly is made up to the tieback string and is landed into the existing CT-PBR.

mechanical liner can be set with either right or left- hand rotation, depending on the type of setting tool or design. Staggered cone provides maximum bypass area which results in ease of running in and circulation. Automatic j-cage permits hanger to return to the run-in position, should the hanger set prematurely while running in the well. The slip cage has a j slot and high strength drag springs to manage the movement of the slips with the cones. Mechanical set liner hanger are set through manipulation of the work string (pick-up & 1/4 right hand turn) line up the cones and the slips, and a further slack off sets the slips onto the casing wall. In liner hanger we have four types e.g.: double cone & non rotational, single cone & non rotational, to suit various applications.

the hanger body is furnished with higher group of api 5ct standard materials along with the end connections in compliance to api standards or any premium threads as per the customers requirement

During development time, this packer was originally designed with bidirectional slips where we faced problem of cone collapsing due to focal point loading effecting performance of the packer while testing. Overcoming this our engineers successfully designed the current model by introducing barrel slips.

The feed thru packer is required in applications of monitoring, gas venting, chemical injection in various slim-hole projects, standard and deviated wells.

The Hydraulic Packer is an industry standard, fully hydrostatic, hydraulic set and Straight pull shear release, single string retrievable packer. It can be used in the following applications:Production, Injection, and Zonal Isolation.

Hydraulic Set Double Bore Drillable Packers are hydraulically set versions of the CT-WDP Packer. CT-HDDP Model has an enlarged upper seal bore, which allows the maximum possible bore through the seal accessory which is latched into the packer.

These Packers incorporate maximum strength, uniformity of setting pressure, standardization of materials and a one piece body.

The range of bore sizes offered is such that accessories which are used for CT-WDDP series of Packers may be used with the CT-HDDP Packers.

The Large Bore Packers are available in sizes which enables them to use the range of accessories which is available for drillable series of Packers. They have a lower pressure rating because of the large bore size. The hydraulic setting mechanism makes Packers particularly suitable for use in highly deviated wells.

S Pulling Tool is a wire line service tool designed to remove retrievable subsurface devices with external fishing necks from a well. PTS is also useful as a running tool for collar stops, pack-off anchor stops, and other subsurface devices landed against a positive no-go.
