Acrypol range is a synthetic high molecular weight cross linked water soluble polymer of acrylic acid, which is known as "Carbomer". It is widely used in cosmetic, pharmaceutical and household industries. It is available in powder and liquid form, which is soluble in water, alcohols and glycols. Before neutralization, pH of Acrypol grade solution lies between 2.5 and 3.0.

ACRYCOAT range is transparent or colored film forming coating polymers based on methacrylic acid co-polymers type A, B & C confirms to USPNF & EP specifications. The range of Acrycoat is useful for film coating, enteric coating, moisture barrier coating, sustained release, taste masking of bitter drugs, binder for powders, transdermal therapeutic system etc.
