Delumper Machine which has been developed by us for breaking big lumps caused due to storing or taken out of centrifuge/ Filter Press of Dry and Wet material at the bottom Co – Mill used for convert into powder of required size with the help of sieve. In One operation Both Delumping and Milling can be done (i.e. Lump Breaking) and Milling by Co Mill with the required mesh size for higher output. We have already supplied for dry milling for Metformin Product to M/s. Granules India Ltd- Hyderabad and for Wet Product to M/s. SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd – Vizag and M/s. RA Chem Pharma Ltd in Andhra Pradesh, M/s. Mylan Labs – Vizag, M/s. Dr. Reddys Labs – Baddi, Hyderabad, M/s. Cadila Health Care – Ahmadabad. This machine has double operation in single pass and at the bottom we got the under drive cone mill with required sieve.  At Granules they are using for Metformin dry product which getting hard and lumpy during stored and the whole bag or drum which they directly load and pass through sieve of 1.5 or 2 mm and get output of 4 tons per hour.  Even at Mylan for wet product from the centrifuge big lumps are loaded directly and pass through 4 or 6 mm sieve with an output of 800 to 900 per hour and after drying the material is so fine that they are directly packing by avoiding further milling and sifting.  We have a trial machine available to conduct any trials.  If you have any interest or need please send your production team, we can arrange for trials and inspection.
