Decision regarding the configuration is made depending upon the shed dimensions and lifting requirements of the client. Our standard range of abus electric wire rope hoists is used on these cranes. Alternatively, we can also supply these cranes with abus chain hoists.

CRANE TEK INDIA manufactures Double Girder Overhead cranes in SWLs ranging from 1MT to more than 200MT. These cranes can either incorporate standard ABUS crabs (up to a SWL of 100MT) or fully customized open winch type crabs.Double Girder Cranes can be offered for a very large range of spans, large range of heights of lift as well as a large number of speeds, with a provision of main hoist lifting and auxilary hoist lifting. They can also be provided with multiple hoisting trolleys running on the same bridge. Goliath Gantry Cranes are self-propelled cranes running on rails installed at ground level.

n workshops where part utilization of shop bay is required (as in a tool room attached to a press shop), a Semi-GoliathGantry Crane is used. In such a configuration, one end-carriage of the crane will travel on the regular gantry rail while the opposite end-carriage will travel on a rail mounted typically on the ground or at a lower elevation. If required, Crane Tek India can advise end users on the type of crane to be installed based on a cost-benefit analysis.
