Shot blasting machines require screw conveyor, Shot blasting screw conveyor for conveying shots/abrasive from one point to another. It is also used in the rotary screen, which helps in separating the foreign particle from the abrasive.

We manufacture screw conveyors as per our customers size and requirement.

We have vast variety of dust bag, which are tailor made as per requirement. Right from stich, Fabric Quality, Thickness, Finish, size and fitment can be altered as per our customer.

Various Fabrics available at our end are:

• Polyester/Cotton/Polyester with Antistatic/Polyester Filament/ Polyester Spun & Homo Polymer
• These bags have tensile strength of 60 to 100 KGF depending on the fabric and a bursting strength of Minimum 25kg/cm2. All our bags are Temperature resistant and can hold up to a peak value of 140 Degree Celsius.
• We also provide Pleated or cartridge Filter bags and these are made of filter fabric up to 190 GSM.
• Along with bag we also supply shaker mechanism and its accessories such as shaker bracket, shaker pivot casting, shaker arm, offset motor and dust collector blowers.

Our efficient workforce & advanced technology had manufacture Shot Blasting Machines BLADE using special Alloy Casting Composition which makes it light & Resilient with high strength-to-weight ratio.

These Shot Blasting Blade have to go from arduous wear and tear in the entire system of Shot Blasting. It imparts velocity to the abrasive and hence it under-go maximum wear, so its role is critical. Our special Alloy Casting Composition provides superior wear resistance and strength to these Blades.

We use Shell Casting manufacturing process for developing components of our Wheel which provides superior finishing and homogeneity in its composition, better fitment and dimensional tolerance.

Our steel tool Shot Blasting Blades are having excellent resistant, quality and exception long life, which reduce maintenance cost. Its toughness results in greater resistance to wear.

Our Alloy foundry is most advanced which had made our product acceptable on International parameter.

Control cage are also referred as Dispenser housing, cage housing etc. Control cage basically directs the exit of abrasive from the blaster assembly. The setting of the control cage plays a vital role. The setting of the control cage if in-correct can reduce the cleaning performance of the wheel assembly drastically. It also causes wear out of liners, wheel housing which indirectly increasing the running cost and spare cost of the machine.
