DI has developed and successfully installed this product which is used as a Poka-yoke system in stud welding applications. Most Stud machines donot give a feedback signal for ‘Stud Complete’ and thus making it impossible to count the number of studs welded. DI Stud Counter interfaces with the Stud machine veru easily (plug-n-play) and provides an accurate counting and monitoring system which ensures the right number of studs welded in every cycle and thus eliminating rejections/rework.

We have designed and manufactured Welding SPMs rotators, manipulators, positioners for rail wagons, tipper body, SUV chassis, BIW components, underframes.

We have designed, manufactured and installed assembly SPMs for various purposes – Bush PressingPop Riveting Swaging   Special process control parameters like load/displacement graphs , counters, etc are seamlessly incorporated in these custom-built SPMs.
