Dissolved Air Flotation unlike sedimentation lifts the suspended particles in the wastewater to the top surface of the water with the aid of microscopic air bubbles generated in a specially designed Air Mixing Tube where air and water are mixed under pressure before releasing the pressure through pressure release valves.
Daftech today has clients in Pulp and Paper, Dairy, Edible Oil, Pharmaceutical, Fish Processing, Meat Processing, Waste Oil Processing, Textile, Carbon Black, Non Woven, Food Processing and PVC Industries. The technology is also used for secondary clarification and has applications in the treatment of ice cream effluents, laundry effluents, kitchen effluents and car washing besides sewage.
