The wire de coiler operates automatically as and when wire is required by coiling machine. Two separate variable speed adjustments are provided for smooth running with lesser load on the machine. In case the wire gets entangled or cannot be fed due any other reason the wire de coiler trips and coiling machine motors get automatically cutoff preventing from any possible damage.

In this process the distance between the two grinding wheels is pre-set. The springs are then fed through the loading plate between the grinding wheels, removing the excess material to the desired length. In case desired ground length is not achieved in single pass then spring passes multiple times to get desired result.

In down-feed grinding top grinding wheel travels down from a pre-fixed starting position to a end position i.e. Desired ground height of the spring. The down-word movement of the top grinding wheel is controlled by its speed & current on the grinding wheel motor. At end position springs are allowed to pass through the grinding wheels for some more time. This is known as spark-out time polishing time. The down-feed grinding cycle is servo controlled. It has single touch screen hmi for parameter setting & operation.
