This machine can be used to process steel, alloys and nonferrous chips from different machine tool operations.

After Loading varied sized chips to shredder the cutter arrangement guides the chips to the center, where they are shredded into desired small size. In case of any foreign object or overloading control system automatically detects such abnormality, stopping and reversing the shredder to clear the same. Incase of repeated reversal operations the machines stops and gives a signal by blowing buzzer.

The machine is sturdy and is equipped with special steel cutter in block form bolted to the housing onto spindle, making it economical, durable and easy to re-sharpen or replace. These machines are tailor made as per requirements of available space and desired size of chips.

The wire de coiler operates automatically as and when wire is required by coiling machine. Two separate variable speed adjustments are provided for smooth running with lesser load on the machine. In case the wire gets entangled or cannot be fed due any other reason the wire de coiler trips and coiling machine motors get automatically cutoff preventing from any possible damage.

In this process the distance between the two grinding wheels is pre-set. The springs are then fed through the loading plate between the grinding wheels, removing the excess material to the desired length. In case desired ground length is not achieved in single pass then spring passes multiple times to get desired result.

In down-feed grinding top grinding wheel travels down from a pre-fixed starting position to a end position i.e. Desired ground height of the spring. The down-word movement of the top grinding wheel is controlled by its speed & current on the grinding wheel motor. At end position springs are allowed to pass through the grinding wheels for some more time. This is known as spark-out time polishing time. The down-feed grinding cycle is servo controlled. It has single touch screen hmi for parameter setting & operation.

This is the most user-friendly and economical solution for recovering oil up to 95% from chips.

No removal & refitting of basket for removing of chips is required .The chips are automatically discharged at the bottom after every cycle into trolley below it.

Totally Eliminates human error thus very effective compared to any other conventional method with very low maintenance and running cost.

In case of aluminum, brass or cast iron chips where they tends to stick onto the wire mesh on the basket , a brush actuated with pneumatic cylinder is provided to scrub the basket after every cycle facilitating in discharging the same after every cycle.

These units are offered in two different models BD - 1 and BD - 2 with handling capacities of 1 Kg. and 2 Kg. per minute.
