Davangere Wire Rope Industry Pvt. Ltd was established in the year 1987, and is located at Davangere Industrial Area, Karnataka. It has been consistently producing quality high carbon steel wire & wire ropes for wide variety of applications. We cater to the ne- eds of industries like Automotive, Construction, Mining, Fishing, Shipping, Elevators, Aircraft, Bridges, Tensile membrane structure and General engineering. Mr. K. Channabasappa is a qualified Metallurgist and the proprietor of the company with over 45 years of experience in the ma- nufacture and export of steel wire and wire ropes. In this field he has undergone extensive training in West Germany & France. Adding to his list, he is also trained on Entrepreneurship and Management training initiated by The Association for Overseas Tec- hnical Scholarship (AOTS) in Japan. Our ropes are manufactured from fully integrated facilities consisting of wire drawing, patenting, hot dip galvanization, rope man- ufacturing unit etc. Most of wire rope manufacturing machineries are from Germany and Belgium. Physical testing facility is also available on the same premises ensuring excellence in product quality. Over the years, we have provided an extending hand in rendering services to our customers, by customizing the products as per their application requirements through research and product development. Other than steel wire and wire rope we also manufa- cture wire rope slings for material handling purposes. Our company not only caters to the needs of local domestic market but also has exported steel wire and wire rope to countries like Belgium, Germany and Singapore.
