Orris root - is the root of some species of iris, grown principally in southern Europe. Once important in western herbal medicine, it is now used mainly as a fixative and base note in perfumery, as well as an ingredient in many brands of gin in India and other countries.
Osmanthus fragrans is a flower native to China and to some asian countries that is valued for its delicate fruity-floral apricot aroma. It is especially valued as an additive for tea and other beverages in the far east.
While the flowers of osmanthus range from silver-white (Osmanthus fragrans Lour. var. latifolius Mak.) to gold-orange (Osmanthus fragrans Lour. var. thunbergii Mak.) to reddish (Osmanthus fragrans Lour. var. aurantiacus Mak.), the extract (alcohol absolute) is usually prepared from the gold-orange flowers (Osmanthus fragrans) as tends to have more of the desirous notes and tend to be higher in carotenoid derived materials.

Champaka Absolute is extracted from the flowers of Michelia Champaca. Its seductive and beautiful fragrance produces a celestial atmosphere that soothes, relaxes and strengthens the mind. Champaka is credited with being an effective oil as an antiviral, antispasmodic, stimulant, febrifuge, antiseptic, and as an astringent. It is also used in high class perfumes, where it produces unique, warm, floral, leafy notes- like fine grade of teas
Hydacheium grows to up to 3 feet tall and the leaves are 16 inches long by 4 inches wide. 8 inch long loose terminal flower spikes have individual flowers that are yellow with reddish stamens.
DEI has expertise in manufacturing the best grades of SHAMAMA at a reasonable price point. Our range of shamama is prepared with more than 80 natural spices and herbs. Manufacturing the SHAMAMA is not as easy as its name seems to be, as it involves multiple rounds of steam distillation with utmost care in temperature and the sequence & composition of spices, herbs and fragrance and flavoring component. A small mistake in maintaining the temperature can make the whole lot waste. It takes about 45 to 90 days of processing time to arrive at the fine grades of Shamama.
