Silver Electrolysis

The modular system can be expanded at any time. One cell for approx. 15 kg of fine silver consists of the following components: electrolyte tank 275 l in PP for up to 10 anodes each with 8 kgcathodes made from polished stainless steelfilter cloths made from acid-resistant fibreDrive with scraper The system requires no special maintenance and can be operated continuously. The silver to be processed must be melted to anodes which are then hung in the anode holder. The purity of the silver should not be below 70%.

This process is able to achieve uniform gold colours, of tanned brown tone, like Chocolate, even over a complex shaped items thanks its excellent throwing power. Another quality is the low production cost because the small degree of plating efficiency combined with a high covering effect. This bath contains 0, 6g of gold per liter. One unit bottle is to prepare on liter solution, not including gold. You should add gold salt, separately dissolved in hot deionized water.
