Flow improvers, also known as drag reducing agents (DRA), are injected into pipeline fluids to reduce turbulence. The associated reduction in frictional pressure drop can provide significant benefits to pipeline operators by providing additional pipeline throughout, the ability to operate in reduced pressure-drop conditions, or a combination of these effects. Due to its heavy molecular weight and high viscosity it is one of the most difficult chemicals to handle and also requires ancillary equipment other than regular dosing pump, dosing system and pipings.
The DRA chemical when injected into the pipelines helps reduce the frictional loss (between the fluid and pipe wall and within the fluid itself) and also helps in reducing the pressure loss across the pipeline.
The skid is manufactured and packaged in a custom made cargo shipping container 10 feet or 20 feet (porta cabin) suitable as per customers requirement. It is designed accordingly and is made to suit the conditions for pipelines in remote installation and refinaries with limited operational intervention. The skid has been designed with complete control system suitable for hazardous area classification under (Class I, Div I). The complete skid is eqipped with a Explosion proof window air conditioning system (optional) with other necessary instruments and equipments like mass flow meter, level indicator, pressure transmitter, porta cabin-temperature indicator, pneumatic operated AODD booster pumps, injection pumps, air compressor etc.
A team of experienced and qualified engineers having complete knowledge of design standard & operation of the skid are dedicated & deployed for manufacturing of the same.
The electromagnetic metering pumps are used in low pressure and low flow applications. The drive unit consumes less energy than motor driven pumps. The pump capacity is varied by both stroke length and speed controls. Flow range available 1.0-50.0 lph. Pressure range (10-0.5 Kg/cm2g)

Essentially the valve less pump is a reciprocating plunger pump. However a reciprocation pump requires two non return valves one each at the suction and the discharge port of the pump for it normal functioning.
Such non return valves causes severe problem in certain application. To overcome this problems the valve less pump provides the solution without the use of discrete non return valves, this is explained below.
Our BALYOG provides this valve less function. The mechanism enables combine rotary and reciprocating motion to the plunger in synchronism, thus giving it characteristics of variable delivery positive displacement pump.
The BALYOG mechanism consists of a yoke and ballpin. The yoke and the ballpin axis lie on a plane but their axis are tilted. During the circular motion of this mechanism due the the inclination of the ballpin axis with respect to the yoke. The ballpin wobbles with respect to the yoke imparting synchronized helical motion to the plunger. The plunger has specialy design slots with respect to the suction and discharge ports. These enable valve less function.
The discharge of the pump can be varied by varying the angle between the yoke and the ballpin. A fine screw enables precise control and large graduated dial gives high resolution.
The valveless pump is advantageous in application where non return valves can get chocked, where the operation of the valve becomes sluggish due to the nature of the fluids handled. However there is little limitation in respect to the volumetric efficiency, this limitation is due to the internal clearances required for running of the plunger. The clearances cause some internal leakages at higher pressures

Agitators / Industrial Mixers :

Process Design & Mechanical Design :
Over the years, Dencil has excelled in the fields of process design and mechanical design of Agitators, considering a variety of parameters with economically designed equipments with performance guarantees. Dencil has developed in-house software packages for supporting the mechanical design of Agitators. In synchrony with certain parameters like bending, torque, critical, speed etc; we use solid shaft, step shaft and hollow shaft design processes.
Blending Systems is to Blend certain amount of liquid into the Main Pipe line , The Liquid is Monitor through PLC & Controlled through flowmeter in PPM or Percentage %.
