This machine is developed with rigid configurations. It comes with several standard & optional features, such as Manual Hand-Operated/Auto lubrication systems, knockouts, electronics safety, Two-Hand safety Devices, Single hand mechanical safety devices, Single/Double or Un-geared versions, also Pneumatic feeders/straightness and die-coilers for automation purposes.

Frame
Pillars are well fabricated with MIG WELDING and Stress is released for a long life.
Frame is being bored with in-house VWF Boring Machine.

Bushes
All Machine Bushes will be of Phosphorous Bronze Material grooved for lubrication.

Drive Shaft
Drive shaft of carbon-alloy steel EN9 for a long efficient life.

Fly Wheel
Fly Wheel of cast iron designed to cater for sufficient energy required for operation.
Fly wheel is on antifriction bearings and other pinion side bronze bush is inserted to take heavy load exertion.

Lubrication
Lubrication of all moving/rolling contact surfaces by LUB. Pump and network of pipes tubes flexible pipes manifold and metering cartridge.

Gears
Gears are of steel castor fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machine.

Table and RAM
Table is made of High Grade Steel and Ram is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron & properly seasoned.

They are perfectly aligned, to each other to obtain high accuracy of .02 -.03 of an mm and precision press operation.
