These are Specially formulated maintenance purpose welding electrode (MMAW) to ensure enhancement of working performance with minimum heat input. Designed for requirement of reconditioning of various industrial components.

Diffusion specializes in medium and high alloyed content Flux cored wires. It has a wide range of special FCW for joining, surfacing and Hardfacing including Nickel, Cobalt and aluminum wires.

Diffusion limited also manufactures wide range of products, which helps customer to achieve fine, strong and heat and corrosion-resistant joint: ibrazstop-masking agents developed to protect metal surfaces from the flow of molten brazing filler metal or to prevent metal surfaces from adhering to each other in furnace brazing opeartions.

We are offering hi-temp brazing filler metals. Range of brazing filler metals, manufactured by diffusion limited, include the full range of aws 5.8 brazing filler metals (bni -1 – bni-13). Our engineers can also support customers to develop bespoke solutions to their specific brazing applications.

Diffusion limited also manufactures wide range of products, which helps customer to achieve fine, streong and heat and corrosion-resistant joint: ibrazbinder - fast drying liquid plastic binders with different viscosity, which act as both the vehicle and binder.

Diffusion manufactures wide range of wear plates(Steel Plates containing hard wear resistant overlays) at its plant using flux cored wire welding process. It must be highlighted that the flux cored wires required are manufactured by diffusion itself at its high technology production unit in active collaboration with Ms. Corodur of Germany.

Diffusion has mastered the art of overlaying with flux-cored-wire welding under the guidance of highly experience german technicians and engineers from corodur, the bead profile and the fine pattern of stress relief cracks ensures that during services, the deposits would not small under extreme conditions.
