Outboard spherical bearings, UCP bearings, take care of rotor shaft mis-alignment and also prevents plastic dust from entering into the bearings.Fixed blades are located in inclined plane, which reduces fly back of material and ensures positive feeding of hollow articles into the cutting chamber.Fix & rotary blades both can be adjusted to set the required clearance between rotary & fix blade thereby, rotary blade & fix blade are used to the fullest extent. In rotor we have provided slotsholes, instead of threads in rotor, for fitting rotary blade with rotor. The disadvantage with threads is that in due course of time, the threads get damaged & repairing becomes very expensive.
