| Hydraulic Dock Levelers, Industrial Lift loading platform by DRIVES & DRIVES, Mumbai. "DD" Hydraulic Dock Leveler is an equipment for quick loading and unloading of palletized goods. *Its height adjustment function can set up a level between truck and storage table, so that forklift and other handling equipments can directly drive inside the truck to do the loading /stacking or unloading pallets / material. * Only one person to work can do loading & unloading quickly. It reduce lots of labour, improves work efficiency and safety. * "DD" Hydraulic Dock Leveler having heavy duty structure (design approved by Civil Structural Chartered Engineer) with long life hydraulic system and Power pack. These are traditional coil lifters, C-type with counter weight balance available up to 50 TONS SWL/WLL with design safety factor of 2:1 or 3:1 depending on intensity of usage at the steel mill. They can be designed for coils up to 2000 mm width. Special anti-scratch guards can be provided to handle items like stainless steel, aluminum, and other non- ferrous materials. Bushes made of special material are provided to provide frictionless bearing motion of the lifting pin. |
| Plate Sprockets | |
Drives & Drives offers as a stock item plate wheels specifically for torque limiter application. Select your plate wheel from our standard sprocket catalogue. For more precise torque setting and for applications where slippages may be frequent, it is recommended that a Drives & Drives plate sprocket be used. For optimum torque limiter performance plate sprocket must be flat, paralleled, square with bore and free from rust, scale and oil. If a plate sprocket is not in accordance with these specifications, torque limiter capacity will be erratic and generally lower. |
