These diaphragms are also with thickness 0.20 mm with fabric reinforcement in functional area, It is used in CNG / LPG kits of van / buses. Rubber material which Highly resistant to LPG / CNG is being used, 100% leak tested and accepted diaphragms are only dispatched to customer. Over the years, problems faced by customer are analyzed, improvements made in design & material to give trouble free operations of Gas kits.

This diaphragm is also used in CNG / LPG gas car kits where pressure is high (kit inlet area from the cylinder) Wall thickness would be around 1mm & above. Since they are subjected to higher pressures, according to the pressure in which they are used, suitable fabric (Nylon / Polyester) & their thickness are used. Rubber material which Highly resistant to LPG / CNG is being used. As per customer design these diaphragms are supplied.

Specialty of these diaphragms are, thickness in functional area is 0.20 mm with fabric reinforcement. Fuel gas (LPG / CNG) supply to the engine is constantly controlled by these diaphragms. Pressure acting on the diaphragm is very low and the diaphragm has to move up and down according to the pressure and activate the part connected to it to regulate the flow of the fuel gas. Hence diaphragm material & properties are critical to give consistent performance. We have been supplying 7 varieties of these diaphragms since the year 2000 to Original Equipment Manufacturer and we are the only supplier for these diaphragms. Depending upon customer requirement, diaphragms can be developed using any rubber material (specified by customer) and supplied.

Based on temperature at the point of use, rubber material is selected, usually, EPDM is used, however, Silicon is also used near engine. Since year 2000, we have been supplying exhaust rubber hangers to Original Equipment Manufacturer (approximately 150000 numers per month). We have in house facility to test almost all the properties to be tested in Exhaust rubber hangers.

To cover a flexible / rotating any portion from dust / other material, usually bellow / boot is used. Depending upon their design they can elongate, bend – to care of the shape and to prevent dust / any foreign particle. Based on the location to be used, rubber material is selected. We are capable of manufacturing any kind of boot / bellow with any variety of rubber.
