Lubrication Station is comprised of TZ pump and metal oil reservoir, etc. Inside the oil reservoir, there are multi-layer precision scavenging filters. Scavenge oil may be used. There are 5 liters, 10 liters, 15 liters, 60 liters oil Reservoir and so on. We also accept customizing orders for special designs and manufacture of different hydraulic systems, special lubrication systems.
TZ oil lubrication station can be used for resist-type lubrication system and positive displacement inspecting lubrication system. When the lubrication system is with the taken-off mechanism, it is used for the positive displacement inspecting lubrication system. The system is also can be equipped with pressure switch and level switch for alarming. It is offered the reliable oil lubrication to guarantee machine tools, injection molding machines and other large machines.
AD Volume type distributor is designed and manufactured by Nihon Yuki Co., Ltd based on patented product RH volume type distributor to special installation and piping needs. In design and material selection, full consideration has been made. Advanced Japanese processing techniques and testing measures are adopted to guarantee reliably, and service life of the distributor.
1. Working Principle
As shown in diagrams below, grease press delivered from lubrication system is injected via main pipe (A), and injected by push opening the umbrella-shaped valve (B), and press delivered via channel (C) into piston chamber (F). Pressured oil causes measurement piston to go upward, and the spring (G) is compressed, and measured oil reserve takes place.
When grease pressure in main pipe (A) is taken off, the umbrella-shaped valve (B) moves leftwards due to pressure difference, and at the same time opens the outlet (E). Then grease inside the piston chamber enters oil pipe (H) via outlet (E) due to spring force. Thus, one grease delivery cycle is finished.
RH3 type inspecting volume type distributor is developed and optimized over the first generation RH2 product and is best love by users. SD block-type progressive distributor is an advanced design with reasonable structure. It can be used in the operating conditions of high pressure and wide range of temperature. It can be used together with motor-driven pump, pneumatic pump, etc., to form single-line lubrication system. It is ideal for various large machinery and equipment, large single-line master distributors of lubrication systems, and similar applications.
A. Composition and classification of SD block-type progressive distributor
1. Classification: SD1 series, SD2 series, SD3 series
2. Composition:
Typically, progressive block assemblies consist of a start and end block plus a minimum of 3 middle wafers up to a maximum of 10, held together with tie rods. Usually a block distributor can provide from 3 to 20 lubrication points. There are all kinds of discharge volume for the Blocks of SD type progressive distributor. (See outlets with standard discharge volume from SD1, SD2, SD3 series block piece), and there is a built-in check valve. However, each block piece in middle with double outlets ("T "means the block with double outlets when named the model number), separate the two outlets on both ends of the working block piece. Block piece with single outlet ( "S "means the block with single outlet when named the model number), and the outlet can work at either end of the block, and the other end will be installed a blank plug. Note: You cannot block any outlet of blocks with double outlets, or you will affect normal operation of the distributor and damage it.

B. Working principle
The working cycle of SD block-type progressive distributor activate in order according to the progressive movement. With respect to progressive movement indicates that the piston pair of each working block is working separately following to the cycle movement of the adjacent block and complete its stroke to delivery the measured grease to lubrication points. As long as the lubricant with pressure is delivered to the primary block, the work of distributors will be continuous in progressive mode, and dispensing the same metered grease constantly. However, once the supply of pressured lubricant stops, the piston of blocks stops moving at the same time. When the lubricant with pressure restarts flowing, the stroke movement of the block distributors will start at the same point.
DJ Type mono block lube progressive distributor are plunger operated distributors suitable for operating mineral oil and grease up to a consistency of NLGI grade 2. It must be ensured that the oil or grease used do not have a tendency to change their consistency significantly in the course of time or under the influence of temperature or pressure. These plunge displacement distributors progressively deliver the lubricant fed by the pump into preset individual volumes to the connected lube points.
DU type double-line distributor is supplied with oil through two oil pipelines alternately. When the distributor is supplying oil, it drives the internal operating piston and measures the action of piston to finish the deliveries of accurate oil quantity to each lube point. In the process of oil supplying through pipeline, one oil pipeline is pressurized to supply the oil, the other oil pipeline is should be released the pressure to guarantee the distributor working normally.
Can separate and remove aerosol state oil mist in compressed air and remove carbon or dust of more than 0.01um.
