We specialize in manufacturing of high precision plastic injection moulds measuring upto 1.3m x 1m and weighing upto 5 tons and have manufactured over 1200 injection moulds of all sizes till date. We also provide cadcammouldflow facilities. Presently we have installed capacity of manufacturing over 10 moulds per month. The addition of 5-axis machining center tremendously gives us an edge over quality and delivery times. We, at electro plasts pvt. Ltd., undertake production and supply of quality precision injection moulded components. The injection moulding division has injection moulding machines ranging from 86 t to 380 t. We have the capacity to manufacture plastic components upto 1.5 kg shot weight. We mould a wide variety of plastic material ranging from normal thermoplastics to plastics with fillers.
