Fire Extinguisher Theft Stopper protects free-standing and cabinet mounted fire extinguishers and other equipment. The Theft Stopper is an inexpensive yet highly effective way to protect fire extinguishers and a wide range of other firefighting equipment from theft or misuse. The device is compact, highly effective and extremely versatile. It does not interfere with firefighting in any way and its simplicity of design contributes to its high degree of reliability.
The anti-tamper seal is to indicate if a fire extinguisher has been used or tampered with. The seal fits through the safety pin and around the handles, once this has been broken it cannot be re-sealed. Available in eight different colors, Yellow, Orange, Red, Green, Blue, Black, Grey and White.
The controller is furnished with a pressure switch to control the start and the stop sequence of the fire pump. The Pressure Switch with independent set and reset points which are adjustable throughout the entire operating range of the switch. The minimum deadband (minimum span between set and reset points) may be obtained at any point in the operating range of the switch. When the pressure drops below the setting, a snap action switch closes energizing the built in pump control relay and turns the pump on. When the pressure increases above the high setting, the snap action switch opens de-energizing the built in pump control relay and turns the pump off. This control device is designed for use as an operating control in applications sensing air, water, or any fluid not harmful to the pressure connection, diaphragm or nitrile pressure-sealing O-ring.
