We have been an established supplier to the indian defense sector for the last three decades.  forgings are produced under strict quality control parameters where the peripheral grain growth (pgg) property, which is considered to be the greatest enemy for forged and extruded products, is controlled to the minimum possible level. This helps the forged component to retain its properties such as strength, light weight and elasticity.  facilities like die making & heat treatment are all under one roof which helps in keeping a close eye on the complete production process.  alloy composition analysis is done by state of the art “spectrometer” from germany.  complete in-house inspection facilities like 100% ultrasonic testing for internal crack detection, hardness testing, mechanical testing, metallographic testing.
