Permeability Testers

High Pressure Permeability Test can be conducted on different sizespecimens using different cells. Each cell is made of steel andprovided with a top plate and funnel at the bottom having gasketseals held in position through bolts and nuts. The concretespecimens are sealed in the cell to prevent any leakage along theside walls. The permeated water is collected in glass bottlesattached at the bottom.
Each test stall has its own control system, operating pressuregauges and valves. High Pressure Permeability Test can be conducted on different sizespecimens using different cells. Electronic Brinell Hardness Tester

The EHB-3000A/3000E Brinell hardness testing creates the largestindentation comparing all other hardness testing methods. SPECIFICATION

Innovative closed-loop technology. The tester incorporates thelatest load cell technology. The test load is applied via a closedloopcontrol unit with a load cell, a DC motor and an electronicmeasurement and control unit. The result is highly accuratemeasurements at all test loads up to 0.5%. The common loadovershoot or undershoot as known from traditional dead weight, oropen-loop, systems is eliminated. The absence of mechanicalweights not only eliminates friction problems but also makes theequipment less sensitive to misalignments caused by vibrations.The whole weight of the tester is 50% less than the traditional deadweights type tester.Test load selection by keyboard and LCD screen. No need ofhandling heavy weights or cleaning the messy oil.Fully automatic test cycles. The hardness Tester features a fullyautomatic test cycle, load application, holding, unloading, isperformed fully automatically. This greatly improvesreproducibility of test results since operator influence iseliminated.Selectable dwell times by screen. The indenter, load, and other testinformations are showing clearly on the large LCD screen.

The directions for 0.102F/D2 ratios selecting according to thematerials and hardness range can be showing on the screen.Equipped with the special Brinell indention measure system whichcan measure the Brinell indention accurately, quickly, reliably. It isa new measuring method by using CCD camera to capture the indention image, instead of reading diameter from opticalicroscope by operator then calculating the test value. The EHB-3000A tester can connect any PC with USB port andruning the SPC software, then the special software supplyingsimplest operation as following.
