Coir fibre has the ability to stretch beyond its elastic limit without rupturing. Its resistance to microbial degradation and salt water and the power to take up a permanent stretch is unique. We are a leading producer and exporter of coir fibre. White coir fibre white coir fibre is the golden yellow-coloured fibre obtained by retting fresh green mature coconut husks soaked in saline water. This coir fibre is also known as yarn fibre, mat fibre or retted fibre. White coir fibre is mainly used for manufacturing coir products such as mats, matting, carpets, rope etc. Brown coir fibre brown coir fibre is obtained from fully ripe brown coconut husks by wet or dry milling. The process involves soaking brown coconut husks up to one month in fresh water, and combing on a pair of rotating spiked drums. Dirt and other rubbish are removed from the brown coir fiber and then dried and packed into bales. Brown coir fiber is used mainly for filling mattresses and upholstery, for manufacture of geo textiles, needle felt pads used in innerspring mattresses, and in drainage filters with perforated pipes. Machine twisted fibrecurled coircoir rope coir fibre is elastic enough to twist without breaking and it holds a curl as though permanently waved. Machine twisted fibre is produced by blending bristle and mattress fibres in varying ratios. They are then spun and curled into a thick single-ply rope. Machine twisted fibre is also known as curled fibre.

We are offering coco peat: coir is the outside layer of husk that surrounds the shell of the coconut. It consists mainly of fibres, which have traditionally been used to manufacture rope, carpets, doormats, upholstery stuffing, brushes etc. Between these fibres is the corky substance called coir pith or coir dust, which has recently been widely recognized as the superior growing medium in which to grow most of the vegetables like chillies, tomatoes, celery, lettuce, strawbery, flowers and many other crops. The horticulture industry often calls this substrate coco-peat (or coco peat) or coir-peat. Sometimes it is known by similar sounding brand names.

we offer Cocunut Shells. Coconut shell powder is manufactured from matured coconut shells. The manufacture of coconut shell powder is not an organized industry in India. The product finds extensive use in plywood and laminated board industry as a phenolic extruder and as a filler in synthetic resin glues, mosquito coils and agarbathis. Coconut shell powder is preferred to other alternate materials available in the market such as bark powder, furfurol and peanut shell powder because of its uniformity in quality and chemical composition, better properties in respect of water absorption and resistance to fungal attack. The product is manufactured in sizes ranging from 80-200 mesh. Keeping in view of the vast industrial uses, the demand for coconut shell powder appears to be promising.

Geotextiles were used in roadway construction in the days of the pharaohs to stabilise roadways and their edges. These early geotextiles were made of natural fibres, fabrics or vegetation mixed with soil to improve road quality, particularly when roads were made on unstable soil. Only recently have geotextiles been used and evaluated for modern road construction. A geotextile is defined as any permeable textile material that is used with foundation, soil, rock, earth, etc to increase stability and decrease wind and water erosion. A geotextile may be made of synthetic or natural fibres. In contrast, a geo membrane is a continuous membrane-type liner or barrier geo membranes must have sufficiently low permeability to control migration of fluid in a constructed project, structure or system. A geotextile is designed to be permeable to allow the flow of fluids through it or in it, and a geo membrane is designed to restrict the fluid flow.

Most orchid and cut-flower growers are using coco husk chips as an advanced alternative to bark based growing medium. Coco chips are also used as a mulching agent as well as a soil conditioner.
