VAS (Varunastra Acoustic System)   VAS Homing Electronics for Torpedo. This enables the torpedo to search, detect, track and identify the targets from long ranges and to initiate the exploder mechanism and also to measure the depth of the floor with respect to the torpedo. HF contact-less interlocking system is to eliminate wrong pushing of coke from the specific oven and to avoid the time delay occurred during the process of coke pushing. The system works in very hot and dusty environment.

Low speed Communication System (WGT Modem). This is a duplex communication sub system of wire guided torpedo designed and manufactured for under water application. This is to transceive the data between wire guided and ship or submarine. (Built to specs)  

Fiber Optic Data Communication System is for Torpedo’s.This is an advanced high speed communication system to communicate between torpedo and Mother Vessel through fiber optic communication. (Built to specs)  

EMDPM Electro-Mechanical Detonator Placing Mechanism (EMDPM): The unit is to control the Armament explosion / acts as a fuse. (Built to Print)

Universal Communication and Tracking System for AUV: It is a part of AUV (Autonomous underwater Vehicle), meets the needs of communication between the vehicle and the mother ship. (Built to specs)  

Programmable Timing Device is one of the major subsystem on-board BrahMos missiles, which is being used to control the trajectory of the missile during flight time. PTD is meant for the formation of sequential commands according to the functioning sequence of the article in accordance with in memory of the device. Device as per functioning is a Multimode which works in three standard modes and four control modes.  

Ventilator Assembly is meant for cooling of electronic subsystems in the Article. The system is built with 3-phase induction motor with impeller & solid state electronic power supply.  

Integrated Test System(ITS) for TAL Torpedo.The ITS desired to be configured in a standalone RACK with all necessary Command, Control, Display & data acquisition and processing Electronics. The controls may be in the form of necessary switches or through virtual control panel. All the status inductions should be provided with lamps or LCD monitors. The test systems are based around Industrial computer. The ITS’s should be integrated to subsystems of TAL torpedo through connectors where in all Digital Signals, Analog Signals and serial communication channels are brought out. It generates echo, bursts signals for simulating the range of the target and also simulate the RPM signal . It should accommodate the pre-setter to set preset the parameter for the torpedo during systems checks.

The Exploder Test Panel is being carried out self test for the Exploder Mechanism unit before carrying out any tests with it. The primary function of Exploder Mechanism is to explode the explosive in the warhead under certain conditions after removing all the safeties. The Exploder Mechanism Unit is safe to handle the weapon during transportation and fitment.

Pre-Setter for underwater mines.The Pre-setter is being used to preset all parameters of the Mine before deploying. (Built to Specs)

EM Log An Electromagnetic Speed Log System is being used to measure and display the speed and distance traveled by the ship. The system includes the EM Speed Log Transducer, which is hull fitting and, through proper connection cable and box, is connected to a processing and display unit. In addition, processing and display unit sends speed in NMEA 0183 and Distance in pulses to Retransmission unit (RTU) to interface with various equipments of a ship such as Gyro, Radar etc.

GARPUN-BAL Display   GARPUN-BAL Radar passive Display (substitute to USSR make) is a high resolution passive display unit which displays Radar, Identifies the hostile emitter from a library of up to 1000 signatures. The signal bearing’s is also measured. It is a substitute developed for Russian System for INS KORA War Ships.

Integrated Instrumentation & Recording System (IIRS) for Torpedo. A data acquisition and control system for the purpose of data acquisition, storing, alarm generation and instrumentation logic during the torpedo run.(Built to specs)
