Operations:

• The Bucket elevators are completely modular and specially designed to meet the basic needs of a food manufacturing industry. Conceptualized and fabricated with precision laser and C.N.C cutting with no scope of error.
• Made out of 3 and 4 MM sheet of Stainless steel or Mild Steel (Powder Coated) along with food grade Poly-Propylene Buckets (Patented) which are available in the sizes of 2.5liters and 4.5 liters with an additional feature of customization if required.
• One of the best feature of our Bucket elevators is its precise and small foot print of 1600X500MM which ensures maximum productivity with minimum space consumption.
• No spillage from the feed point due to special alignment bucket feature which ensures the un-necessary wastage of the conveyed product.
• The down time for bucket removal and refitting is hardly 10 seconds which allows fast changeover without hampering your daily production line.
• We also provide optional excess overflow collection system to assure a complete transfer of the product without any wastage.
• The Bucket Elevators structure is fully enclosed with no un-necessary human or foreign touch.
• Our Bucket Elevators provides multiple drop system so that a single elevator can be used to convey the product to multiple points at the same time, condition being the drop points should be collinear to each other.
• Easy to clean and service as we provide an optional pneumatic cleaning system: Air Knife for the buckets which dry cleans the elevator buckets during its operation so that precious production time can be conserved.
• Auto speed control to prefixed level has been provided for easy cleaning.
