Circular Floor Grilles

Heavy duty circular floor grilles are custom made as per client's requirements.

6 mm thick high quality aluminium bars in 12 mm pitch. 4 mm thick steel or stainless steel bars are optional

Circular floor grilles can be powder coated, chrome plated or made in stainless as per client's requirements.

Frame is constructed from galvanized steel sheet. Joints are welded and protected by aluminium spray coating.Blades are coupled by external concealed linkage, which can provide either parallel or opposed blade operation.Linkage rods are coupled with hand locking quadrant with open and close marking. Hand locking quadrant frame is marked to show exact position of damper.Structure is available with flanged edges and are supplied un drilled as standard.Dampers without flanges available as option for duct insertion purpose. Flanged edges with drilled holes are also available.Available in square and rectangular sizes.Designed for use in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.

Accessories

• Motorized dampers:Volume control dampers will be supplied with actuators of client's choice. The dampers can be provided with an extended linkage to fix motor at the site.

Construction

• Frame:High quality extruded aluminium profile with 30 mm flange width as standard. 12, 16, 24 mm flange widths are optional.

• Frame and face bars are of high quality extruded aluminium profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity.
• Inverted "V" type horizontal blades are fixed rigidly to the frame.
• Blades are spaced at a distance of 15 mm.
• Grilles are made to withstand heavy use to which door grilles are subjected.
• Frame is fabricated to suit door thickness of 30 mm to 60 mm.
• Structure provides around 55% free area for air transmission.
• Used in facilities such as offices, hospitals, schools and toilets for transfer of air from one room to another room.
• Fire rated door grilles are available with 1/2 and 1 hour fire rating with additional cost.

Opposed blade volume control dampers for grilles and diffusers has been designed to provide positive control of air. The range is constructed from high quality aluminium alloy extrusions and available for installation on the neck of grilles / diffusers, and also in the duct collars.

These dampers are available in anodised matte black finish for long life and non visibility. These dampers are key operated from the front face of grilles / diffusers.

Strong polyester film laminated and encapsulating a heavy, corrosion resistant steel wire helix, forms the inner. The smooth airtight inner core of polyester is designed for low to medium pressure systems. Oversized for quick installation over fittings and extensions.

Applications

Non-Insulated Flexible Ducts are fully lined, UL 181 Class I flexible air duct designed for low to medium pressure cooling and heating HVAC systems. It can be used in air venting or drying applications. It is an economical solution for handling misalignment between systems components and ducting around obstacles where fabricated and fitted GI ducts are difficult and costly to use and insulation is not required. It is equally suitable for new jobs or retrofit work and is especially useful when making system extensions or for changing zones, now or in the future.

Insulated Flexible Ducts are a thermally insulated, fully lined, UL 181 Class I flexible air duct designed for low to medium pressure cooling and heating HVAC systems. It can be used in either supply or return sections and provides economical means for handling misalignment between systems components and ducting around obstacles where fabricated and fitted GI ducts are difficult and costly to use. It is equally suitable for new jobs or retrofit work and is especially useful when making system extensions or for changing conditioned zones, now or in the future. Compliance to NFPA Standards allows you to install lengths longer than the 14" limitation applying to connectors for fire and flame safety in ducting systems. It is a highly efficient part of the total duct system because the smooth liner; the ample insulation and tough outer vapor barrier provide excellent airflow, thermal insulation and double air seal.

Fire & Smoke Dampers has been specifically designed to be positioned within the duct system to prevent the free passage of smoke & fire. The range is constructed from heavy gauge galvanised iron sheet having multiple opposed blade construction. The blades are fitted with crome plated spindles operating in self lubricating sintered bronze bushes with stainless steel side seal gaskets to prevent spread of smoke & fire. The operating linkage is fully enclosed.

GI sheet construction fire & smoke dampers with flat V type opposed blade operation, 16 swg G.I. blade 150mm wide, 16 swg G.I. frame 165mm wide, chrome plated spindle, self lubricating bronze bushes, blade. Linkage fully enclosed, stainless steel side seal gaskets on the sides.
