Siphon Tube

Siphon Tube
We offer the Siphon Tube, which is connected between the pressure gauge and the process. The Siphon Tube is best suited for such applications where high temperature vapors or fluids are present or temperature. The Siphon Tube that we make available acts as a cooling coil, and protects the gauge from high temperature vapors by dissipating heat. A gauge cock is generally connected between the pressure gauge and Siphon Tube for isolation. Technical Specifications :
  • Material : SS 316 / SS 304 / Carbon Steel
  • Pipe : Pipe Sch 40 or 80 or 120
  • Connection Type : MxM, MxF, FxF
  • Thread Size : 3/8 or bsp / npt
  • Pressure Rating (Sch 40) : 135 bar at 400 deg C (SS) & 150 bar at 400 deg C(Carbon Steel)
  • Ideal Working : 65 degree C

Meter Run

Meter Run

Meter run supplied as a complete unit to ensure the necessary straight pipe lengths are available for the highest possible accuracy. They can be supplied with the temperature pocket is required. Corner tapped meter run gives best accuracy and should be used on line size below 50 NB.

  • Standard length 24 x pipe diameter( 18D upstream + 6D downstream), extra length on request.
  • Standard tapping 1/2 NPT FEMALE one per flange , extra on request.
  • Material :-
  1. Flange Carbon steel , Low temperature carbon steel, Stainless steel , duplex, Hastalloys, Monel.
  2. Tube Carbon steel , Low temperature carbon steel, Stainless steel , duplex, Hastalloys, Monel, other material available on request.
