We offer Vane Pack.Fenix routinely models, designs and manufactures high-efficiency petroleum processing equipments such as Vane Packs, Inlet distributors, Coalescers, Demisters, Vortex breakers, Sand Jetting Systems, Cyclone Decks etc for the Oil & Gas sector. We offer a complete range of economical and efficient vane packs for both horizontal and vertical flow. The basic design considerations are particle size of the liquid droplets entrained and physical properties of the fluids. The mist laden gas stream passes through the parallel vane plates and is forced to change direction several times. The mist droplets are separated by the subsequent centrifugal forces and are collected on the vane blades. This coalesced liquid film is then drained through slits or pockets to a liquid sump prior to drainage to the liquid compartment of the vessel. Minimum size of droplets we design= 10 m (atm. pressure) Maximu pressure drop = 10 millibar

Fenix wiremesh packing provides better separation efficiency and lower pressure drop which give rise to reduced capital cost as well as reduced energy cost. we manufacture wiremesh packings in standard and exotic metals and alloys at 450 and 600 crimp angles, sizes ranging up to 8.0 m diameter and surface areas of 500-750 m2m3. We are offering sheet metal structured packing. Fenix is a major designer- manufacturer of distillation column packings. Our structured packings made from sheet metals provide high separation efficiency (low height equivalent to a theoretical plate) which gives the advantage of reduced column height (reduced capital cost). we make these packings in standard and exotic metals at 45 and 60 degree crimp angles and surface areas of 60-1000 m2m3. These have low pressure drop and excellent wetting characteristics due to special surface treatment. High void space incorporated in these packings gives light-weight and high vapour load (high capacity). TEG Contactors

We are one of the major Manufacturers and Exporters of used for removal of moisture. Petroleum crude or natural gas as extracted from the well-head is not fit for transportation to the downstream processing facility usually located at quite a distance from the source because the pipeline would be severely and rapidly corroded due to the presence of moisture and acid gases like H2S, SO2 and CO2. Therefore, dehydration and deacidification facilities are provided in the vicinity. We have the requisite expertise to design and manufacture Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration Systems with stringent process guarantee. These TEG Contactors are highly efficient, cost-effective and dimensionally accurate. We offer TEG Contactors in various sizes and are also capable of customizing them according to clients own specifications.

Working :
  • Saturated gas is fed to the first column where lean Triethylene Glycol removes moisture to bring it to 10 ppm level using packed bed counter current operation.
  • The column works as an absorber and Fenix structured packing FXPack is used for efficient moisture removal
  • The exit TEG, after absorbing moisture is regenerated using two columns - Stripper and Regenerator.
  • In the stripper, moisture is removed from TEG by heating, usually employing a reboiler
  • The moisture in TEG is further removed in the regenerator by recycling a small quantity of dry gas obtained from the first column
