The FINE TECH full-recovery Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump System offer total re circulation of the service liquid.
In this system, the service liqud is re circulate in close loop system through Heat Exchanger, which removes heat of compression.
Fine Techs high capacity, high vacuum Double Suction and Double Discharge vacuum pumps which develop a maximum vacuum of 720 mm of Hg, when sealing water temperature is around 300c (755 mm of hg barometric of 300c). These pumps are very useful where high capacities are required at low vacuum.

Mechanical Vacuum Boosters are available in both Water-cooled and Air cooled models.
We offer total system to meet specific requirements complete with primary pump (Backing pump) and instrumentations to perform automatic/semi-automatic operations.
The Boosters are used in series with any Vacuum pumps like Water ring or oil seal, dry type or Ejector System.

Water ejectors are vacuum pumps, driven by a high pressure water (or similar medium) or steam. They use kinetic energy of the driving medium to suck in gases, vapors or other liquids and then discharge the resultant mixture against a counter pressure.
Turbine Works manufactures water ejectors for industrial and marine purposes.
Ejectors are simple in design and reliable in operation since they don't have movable parts like stadanrd pumps. Major parts of an ejector are a inlet casing, nozzle, mixing chamber and diffuser. Since there are no moving parts, no lubrication is necessary and maintenance is minimal. Ejectors are self-priming and easily activated by simply turning on the flow of the driving water.
Water ejectors depending on application can be manufactured out of various materials ranging from bronze, steel, stainless steel with nozzels usualy being made out of hi grade stainless steel or monel.

Thermo-compressors to Reduce Venting ofLow-Pressure Steam Large industrial plants often vent significant quantities of low-pressuresteam to the atmosphere, wasting energy, water, and water-treatment chemicals. Recovery of theLatent heat content of low-pressure steam reduces the boiler load, resulting in energy and fuelcost savings.
Low-pressure potential uses include driving evaporation and distillationprocesses, producing hot water, space heating, producing a vacuum, or Chilling water. If the steampressure is too low for the intended application, a steam jet Thermo compressor can boost thepressure and temperature to the required level.
