At Fluid Dynamics Pvt Ltd. (FD), we have facility to design, develop, manufacture & assemble complete cooling system comprising of Heat Exchangers like Radiator, Charge-Air-Coolers, Oil Coolers etc., De-Aeration Tanks, Fan, Motor, Fan Cowl, Fan guard, Stone Guard & similar sheet metal accessories, Mounting Frame Skid & similar Fabricated Parts. We also have in-house Powder-Coating Facility. With these all, FD becomes a single point supplier for the complete cooling package, as preferred by the OEMS.

At Fluid Dynamics Pvt Ltd., (FD) we offer variety of customised charge-air- coolers in Brazed Aluminum Construction. Structurally, the core matrix can be made from Fin & Tube combination or Bar & Plate combination. Tanks could be made from Cast Aluminum or Engineering Plastic suitable for high temperature operations. With variety of fins and tubes or bars and plate, our design team optimizes the core configuration, commensurate with cooling capacity requirements & applications demands.

FD has two business segments viz. Cooling Systems & Sheet metal Components. Until 2012, FD was manufacturing Cooling Systems made from Copper and Brass. In 2013, FD has added a most modern facility to manufacture Cooling Systems and Components made out of special Aluminium Alloy by acquiring technology from Europe. Spread over 20000 sq m. of land & employing about 200 people including over 30 Engineers, FD’s facilities are capable to design, develop, manufacture & test varieties of Heat Exchangers like Radiators, Charge-Air-Coolers, Oil Coolers and Engine Cooling Assemblies for Automotive & Industrial Applications.
