Key Responsibilities Buyer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with international buyers, understanding their needs, providing timely updates, and addressing inquiries. Order Management: Develop and manage a detailed Time and Action (TNA) plan to monitor the entire order process, from sourcing and production to shipping. Product Development: Oversee sampling, sourcing of raw materials, and ensure final products align with buyer specifications and quality standards. Costing & Negotiation: Negotiate costs with buyers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing for products. Production Coordination: Liaise with internal production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of export orders. Quality Assurance: Coordinate quality control measures and approvals to ensure products meet international standards and buyer-specific quality requirements. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review all necessary export documentation, such as invoices and packing lists, and ensure compliance with international regulations and customs procedures. Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to arrange transportation and monitor shipment schedules. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the production or export process. Market Analysis: Stay informed about export trends, potential markets, and industry innovations to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like fashion merchandising, textile management, or international business. Experience: Proven experience in export merchandising or a related role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
