The SIVTEK 360 Discharge is a unique high capacity and high-efficiency Separator. This has been made possible by developing a unique design that discharges oversize particles 360 around the periphery. It enhances a discharge capacity due to oversize material not building up around the screen periphery and utilizes optimum screening area. As a result, it provides longer mesh life, lower screen blinding, high screening efficiency and very high capacity.
Mesh Deblinding Kit is an Anti-Blinding Device which contains elastomeric ball with the help of the vibration the ball start bouncing and prevent the mesh blinding.
An anti-blinding Ball Tray Arrangement, comprising of a coarse mesh beneath the sizing mesh on which a sufficient number of elastomer or polymer balls are placed to continuously tap the sizing screen to remove dry particles of the material which is screened and increase screening efficiency.
The Vibrasonic Deblinding System (VDS) enable you to sieve your powders on finer meshes with more accuracy than ever before. This improves the quality of your final products as well as their value. Vibrasonic Systems are available with GS Series, SS Series and IS Series to meet your screening & separation needs.
VDS eliminates the blinding and blocking of mesh. It has revolutionized the screening of difficult powders on sieve meshes, allowing accurate separation down to 20. It also increases screening capacities and reduces mesh breakage. This ultrasonic system has been designed so that it can be retrofitted onto any new or existing vibrating sieve/separator.
Rotary brush system for multi-screen separators consists of a brush system and mobile chassis. Rotary brush operates independently of the separator at low rpm. Lumps are broken apart by horizontal scraping motions and vertical crushing motions between the brush and screen. Particles too large to pass through are brushed aside to prevent clogging of the screen.
The new SIVTEK add-on/option, rotary brush, ensures precise distribution of particulate by breaking the material lumps, formed due to moisture or oil content. The rotary brush helps the material to evenly & equally flow across the screen, which will eventually increase the production capacity and decrease product wastage.
The material inflow on the screening mesh might be from the hopper, feed storage i.e. silos and the rotating brush moves in the opposite direction of the vibrating motion of the screening equipment to avoid excessive discharge of the material from the outlet. The light breaking of material lumps is achieved due to horizontal scrapping & vertical crushing force on the product which also pushes large lumps of material aside to prevent clogging of mesh screen.
The filter works efficiently without any chaos and the production line runs smoothly without any rundowns. Consumption of power is reduced due to the pressure drops and flow rates prevailing in the filter. Which also indicates an increase in the profit margins due to a reduction in energy costs.

When youre dealing with high viscosity product at that time if material flow high and its chock in the filter so at that time because of the air pressure there is a chance to leak, and the material goes into the cylinder. At that time, you need to replace the cylinder with the new one which may cost you well.
With the use of the dual cylinder, there is very low chance to chock the material and aid the power from a double side and most important thing in any condition if the leak occurred, so the material will come out from the top and your both cylinder will be safe.
Using centrifugal Sifter with rubber blades take care fibrous material which is not good with brush blade because the fibrous particles may entangle in brush bristles. With the help of rubber blade, you can screen oversized particles. It also works very well with liquid/solid Separations
