Plastic Parts include various kinds of Dust Caps, Louver Assy., Fan Blade, Blower Wheel, Grills, Casings, Covers & Flaps, Holder Links, Spool, Bobbins & Cartridges etc. for varied applications.

We are offering electrical switches and assembly. Electrical parts include variety of switches such as rotary switch, thermo volume switch, defrost switch, led indicators.

Silencers are made from Aluminium Rods, which are cut and formed in the shape of a barrel and then formed (necking) as per specifications. They are fitted on Auto Air-conditioning pipes and work as device for reducing noise created by Refrigerant flow within AC system.

Receiver Driers are also fitted in Auto Air-conditioning system and work as reservoir for storing refrigeration Gas. They are made from Aluminium Sheets and press drawn through multiple operations to form a specific shape and size.

Flanges and End Cones are made of thick MS sheet & special grade stainless steel sheet respectively. They are assembly parts of Catalytic Converter, which is an important part of Automotive Exhaust System. Catalytic Converter controls Air pollution emitted by Automobiles.

Mozzo Hub is press drawn part, made out of HRC sheet. It goes through multiple draw operations to form into the desired shape and size. It is supplied to Dayco and is used as a sub assembly part of Crankshaft Damper Pulley, which is installed on Automobile engines.

Armature Assembly is a part of Auto Air-con Compressor. It is an important part of Compressor Clutch and plays a very vital rule in its effective functioning, by engaging and disengaging the Compressor operation. Armature Plate & Other Assembly Plates are made of HRCCRC Sheets of specific thickness. Assembly is done by trained manpower & goes through stringent Quality checks.

Core Ring Assembly is an important part of Auto Air-con Compressor. It is made of HRC & CRC sheets and drawn (single operation) into shape through a cut size blank. Core Ring Assy. is a part of Compressor clutch and it is fitted as a stationary electromagnetic coil, which is attached to the face of the compressor, behind the pulley.
