The Product CRUSHED Refractory Bed Material for FBC and CFBC boilers is a very exclusive refractory product, processed from special refractory aggregates of high chemical purity, dense consistency, high refractoriness, etc., and is apposite to sustain technical properties for fluidization at high temperatures of 12000 C with different fuels, under most critical working conditions. Special Characteristics Refractory Bed Material has many special attributes that makes it a transcendent material for FBC and CFBC Boilers with greater scale of economy. Ã¢ï¿½Â¢ Zero wastage Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½ Low consumption Fully Screened Material Ã¢ï¿½ï¿½ Perfect Size: Free from Fines & dust and over size particles separated through Air Classifiers. This subsequently eliminates wastage of material through air while in operation. Perfect Material and Particle Density gives perfect and smooth fluidizing action and enhances its Low Consumption properties. Ã¢ï¿½Â¢ Uniform Heat Accurate Intermediate Particle Size Distribution in required percentage of our product gives uniform distribution of heat/temperature in boiler bed area. Ã¢ï¿½Â¢ Resistant against Clinker Formation High I.D.T. (Initial Deformation Temperature) gives high Refractoriness, which makes it resistant to abrasion. As a result of being passed through high power Magnetic Separators, the material is Low Ferric and does not contain any free iron particles. Thus making it a perfect product against clinker format
