More about Cocoa Cake : Cocoa cake is the dry solid remains of dried, fermented and roasted cocoa beans. The beans are creaked into nibs, which are then ground into paste made of cocoa solid suspended in near flavorless cocoa butter. Once the butter is extracted they are left with the crumbly solids. Cocoa cake can be further processed into either natural or alkalized cocoa powder.
