NO flats, all stones are markable and sawable pricing per carat is unique to each manifest. However these are handpicked high end stones the diamonds are ALL African Ghana origin non-conflict stones There is no risk or obligation for the buyer if they sign the procedures as their signature simply shows they agree to and accept the procedures absolutely NO upfront fees However pay special attention to #5 on the top procedures list The seller will happily speak with any buyer that is willing to accept the procedures with their signature.
