Obuasi community mining company is incorporated in ghana and we are in position to supply in dust and bar form(alluvial concentrates) as well as rough diamond to any overseas who in turns could play the role of sponsor/financier towards the exploration of huge gold deposit discovered in our concession in line with the minerals and mining laws of ghana(1986) pndcl-153, by providing needed plants,machinery and equipments. 1-product- au metal(alluvial gold dust)in raw form and gold bars. 2-quality- not less than 22-carat with a minimum purity of 92% or better. 3-quantity- 250kgs available as at now and can supply 50kgs periodically thereafter. 4-term of payment- 20% to be paid to seller in ghana by swift/telegraphic transfer after testing/assay had proved good. Part of this initial payment is to procure official documents like customs & excise duty, export permit obtained from the ghana geological survey department, ministry of mines and forestry fees,minerals commission's (stool/royalties), airfreight/security handling charges, with the remaining 80% fully paid to the seller after consignment has been refined and fully proven acceptable. seller's representatives will, of course, accompany the merchandise to witness further refinery/analysis to be carried out abroad. This will also enable buyer to assist seller to arrange for plant,machinery and equipment needed for the project expansion. 5-agreement- a long term agreement is envisage for execution by both parties at the appropriate time, especially where the buyer intends participation in the exploration of the mineralization.
