Ultimate Mining Company Limited is registered as a limited liability Company in Ghana to work an alluvial gold concession located at Bomso in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The company has a very cordial working relationship with the Government of Ghana, regulatory agencies and, more particularly, local communities located within and proximal to the concession area. Ultimate Mining Company Limited, a Ghanaian registered company was granted the Bomso License on February 19,2008. The license was converted to prospecting on March 12, 2010.Ultimate Mining has since caried out intense exploration to delineate mineable deposit hence the need to complete a feasibility study report to support an application for mining was provide to Ghana Government. ULTIMATE MINING's alluvial gold concession, situated at Banso in the Eastern Region of Ghana, covers an area of approximately 51.67km2. It is largely underlain by Birimian metasediments and metavolcanics and a biotite-rich granitic intrusion, the latter occupying a greater portion of the concession. The Bomso Prospecting license is held by Ultimate Mining Company Ltd. The license was granted on March 12,2010. The license covers an area of 38.8 square kilometers in the central part of the Birim River Basin. The concession is located about 105km northwest of Ghana's capital Accra and about 30km south of Nkawkaw and 25-30km east of Newmont's Akyem Gold Project (10M0z). Access to the Bomso concession is very good. The concession can be accessed from Accra via Anyinam on the Accra-Kumasi highway by a good paved road through Kwabeng, the Atewa District Capital. Alternatively, the concession can be reach by equally a good paved road from Accra via Asamankese and Kade. The concession is also linked to Atewa (Kyebi) the traditional capital, by a well maintained partially paved road.
