Starting from 25000 spindles in the year 1996, today the company has more than 140000 spindles, 3000 Rotors & 960 Airjet Spindles with utmost modern production and testing facilities, which deliver superior total value to the customer. The state-of-the-art machineries have been imported from Switzerland, Germany, Japan, etc. and are managed by top technocrats in the country.

It is also part of the 1st Integrated textile park project of Vidarbha under the centre’s SITP scheme.
Also the company has diversified into the area of Scientific Cotton-Seed Processing by setting up a first Gossypol free Cotton Seed Protein meal plant along with an integrated Cotton Oil refinery.
