• DWELL TIMING DEVICE' can set timing of the moving platen from 0.5 to 10 seconds. At dwell option, the moving platen remains stationary in an open position for the set dwell time before resuming motion. This is very useful feature when large/difficult jobs are being fed or when fine registration of Die in a job is required. This feature minimizes wastage in jobs.
• 'ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH & BRAKE' enables push button control of the machine for easy and efficient operation. The advanced electromagnetic clutch & brake do not require lubrication.

This Machine use in the application of glue on the tips of the corrugated surface of paper or a board. The gap between the rolls is adjustable. The glue tray can be raised or lowered to adjust the glue level.

This machine is suitable for gluing & pasting of corrugated box flap instead of stitching. The unique feature of the machine is that it can be used for both inside & outside pasting. Two piece cartons can also be glued and pasted with the help of this machine

Semi-automatic gluer is new-type enviromental equipment, mainly used in carton sticking, abandon the traditional copper stapling method, raised the productivity, and the product quality is good. High speed Single Face Corrugation Machine offers high production capacity and increased efficiency as compare to other models. Rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth running and longer life. The machine is provided with gum tray movement device, which becomes operational when gum unit is disengaged from rollers. Steam shower is provided for perfect formation of flutes and centralized lubrication. The maximum output with steam heating is approximately 300 ft. per minute.

Sheet Pressing is used for pressing of Corrugated Sheets. The glued sheets which are processed on pasting machine are paid on lower plate and then pressure is applied for some time by lowering upper moving plate.

This machine is meant to slot & corner cut the corrugated board simultaneously. The machine is provided with three slotting heads and one corner head. These heads can be easly set by means of gear rack mechanism provided with the machine. Screw are provided on the slotting head for adjusting the side cutters.
