GMP-GC-74 Steam Bath Generator:
Our steam units are fully automatic intelligent, user-friendly system. Simply switch on & after initial wait the correct bathing temperature is automatically reached. The unique feature includes: double walled 20 seg GI powder coated outer enclosure,& 16 swg thick stainless steel inner shell, argon welded with high density Glasswool insulation between two wall, and electrically operated solenoid valve at water inlet controlled by 2 stage (High Level & Low Level) solid state water level circuit. The unique pre-heat of cold water at inlet technology for uninterrupted steam supply .The safety devices includes mechanical pressure release valve of 15psi,Automatic cut off for heater at dry runinsufficient water inside bath (at 2nd Low-Level itself with Visual Lamp at Panel).Robust Heater is of SS304 good tested (leak-proof) quality with Brass terminal duly covered with housing) for long lasting durability & ease of replacement. The temperature of water is controlled by thermal hydraulic capillary type preset imported Thermostat.Control Panel is fixed with UNIT with MCB & all status lamp of level, heater etc..

2. Plumbing-job required with UNIT.
3. Insulation of outlet steam-pipe line from UNIT to the STEAM-ROOM.
4. Input water supply pipe line with proper water pressure & NRV valve (for prevention of dust-
particle, dirty water to fill the Generator tank when low water-level occurs.
5. Mains power cord for power supply to UNIT (As the plug point location is uncertain)
IMP: 1. Proper & secure EARTHING is a must for running the UNIT.
2. Hard well water & contaminated should not be used ,instead mineral water is highly
recommended for smooth running of the UNIT.
