The idea was to develop resort residences in the hills of Uttarakhand without disturbing the ecology, and build lively community spaces with natural materials. We are a family owned business backed by 40+ years of experience in cosmetics, transport, garment, and jewelry industry; with a firm belief in moving forward with holistic approach. A decade later and multiple ventures and collaborations after, we are not just limited to land and real estate. We have been building something more concrete than real estate, we built connections and ventured into unchartered territories from F&B to Cleaning Supplies to The Essentials during the pandemic in 2020.
