We manufacture and supply spline hobs, that are used for cutting all kinds of standard as well as non standard involute splines. Designed with precision, these spline hobs are available in different grades and specification to suit varied application needs.
Use straight angled sides for generating spur and helical gears of maximum accuracy on gear hobbing machines. Hobs are generally supplied with bore keyway. However hobs with end drive slot can also be supplied on request. Single and multi start hobs are designed to suit specific customers requirement for pre-shaving & pre-grinding gears with profile features like protuberance & semi-topping.
Worm Wheel Gear Hobs are generally manufactured as per customer drawings and specifications in Topping and Non-Topping Forms. Shank type Worm Gear Hobs and Bore type Worm Gear Hobs can also be supplied in Machine relieved as well as Ground Relieved Forms.
