Soap Flaker is a vital machine designed to convert Molten Hot Liquid Soap to Solid & Cold form. Flaker is a big rotating drum, in which 8 to13 degree Celsius of chilled water circulates continuously. Molten Hot Liquid Soap comes on the top surface in centre of the Flaker from Soap Holding Tank (Feed Tank) through gravity, in the form of Lumps, a small drum which is rotating just in same synchronize speed with bigger drum makes a thin layer of 1 to2 mm of molten hot liquid soap. When this thin layer sticking with bigger drum during complete round, on the other surface end a hard carboned steel blade is fitted out, which scraps that thin layer of Soap. Now, nature of the Soap after scraping is Cold & Solid. At Last, Main function of the Soap Flaker is to convert Molten Hot Liquid Soap to Solid & Hard form continuously.

This machine is provided with an arrangement of three rolls moving clockwise and anti-clockwise at different speeds simultaneously. The material after Flaker is passed through these rolls and subsequently scrapped into fine flakes form and passed into next machine. A cooling arrangement is also mechanized into rolls.This machine is responsible for transparency and clearity. Mixing, Phase Conversion, are the Major Feature of this Machine.

Soap Crutcher is robust machine, designed for mixing of raw material to make Soap (i.eOils, Caustic, Silicate, Water & other fillers etc.) This is a double jacketed vessel, works with presence of Steam or Thermic fluid Boiler. Soap Crutcher is designed of various capacities (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 M.T/batch). Inside the Soap Crutcher a helical thread worm is fitted, which rotates Clockwise & anti Clockwise in the small drum, that is also double jacketed & open from both ends so that thread worm sponifies the raw material up & down very properly. Outer jacketed shell & inner jacketed drum transfers heat gently at all point to raw material to final formation of Soap. This conveyor is used in many other Industries also. But in Soap, one function of Screw conveyor is that it can take the soap to higher elevation than other Conveyors. Second function of Screw Conveyor is that when it carries Soap from one point to another, it brakes the lumps of the Soap in very small chips, which are helpful & plays major role in increasing Quality of Soap.

When the extruded cake is discharged through the mouth of plodder it is required to stamp and cutted into big size bars which are cutted by this bar cutter and stamping is also done at the same time. These bars are passed to next machine i.e. cake cutting machine.

This is a mixing machine provided with the arrangement of two Z-shaped arms rotating for mix the mass (Soap Flakes) inside the machine in a dough making manner. In this machine the colour, Perfume, and other kind of filler additives are added and mix with the soap. Mixing, Phase Conversion, Binding are the Major Feature of this Machine.

This machine is provided with the arrangement of specially designed Twisted Blades to perform best results of powder mix within U shaped design trough.All the mixing ingredients are dropped from the top of the mixer inlet as per their sequence of addition and after mixing the whole batch is dropped through the bottom side either mechanized gate or manual openable gate.

The premix batch after Homo Mixer is passed through the Cage Mill. This Machine is designed to bring uniformity in sizes of particles and also to crush the hard lumps which remain unbroken within the Homo mixer. After Passing the Powder mix through this machine no further Sieving is required. After the discharge of this machine Powder mix is send to the Packing Silo.
