Golden series rice indented cylinder separates head rice & broken rice by taking advantage of the length between them. The process of separation of the product by length is done thoroughly and efficient. The indent cylinder as it rotates, the broken rice gets deposited in the indent and when the cylinder reaches the top, it discharges into a specially designed trough from where a screw conveyor takes the broken rice out in a discharge outlet. The head rice moves out of the machine in another discharge outlet.Easy adjusting of the trough with accurate control wheel for the precise product discharge.
