In this segment we offer highly efficient 3 pass wet pack, horizontal smoke tube boiler. These boilers are fabricated in compliance with IBR/ASME/DIN code. We conduct the complete designing and installation of these boilers as per the clients requirements. These boilers are precision engineered and have easy access for inspection and cleaning ensuring maximum safety and highest efficiency at clients end.

Capacity - 0.5 TPH - 6 TPH.

Pressure- 10.54 Kg/cm2 to 21 Kg/cm2.

Steam Temperature- Saturated.

Fuel- Coal, Saw Dust, Husk, Bagasse and Agro waste.

Thermal Efficiency : 75% on NCV of Fuels 78% on NCV of Fuels with Heat Recovery units.

Furnace - Single and double.

• Higher radiation as well as convection heat transfer areas.


• Larger heating surface results in reduction in the thermal stress which results in long life of boiler.


• Sufficient steam storage space which ensures uniform steam pressure without priming.


• Low system lag and rapid steaming response.

To deal with super heated steam we design and supply water tube boilers according to our customer need. This boiler come with preheaters which further enhance efficiency of boiler and lowers the operating cost considerable.

Pressure - 10.54 Kg/cm2 to 67 Kg/cm2.

Steam Temperature- Upto 500 Deg Celsius.

Fuel- Coal, Baggase, Ricehusk and wood chips.

Thermal Efficiency- 65% to 85% dependable on GCV of fuel.
